Here are the 2011-2012 Membership Forms

For General Membership (meaning: you don't plan to use Club equipment),

we need you to fill out the

Member Application and Survey

and the SCRC Waiver

To use Club Equipment, we need you to complete the

Membership Application and Survey,

read the Rental Guidelines and sign and return the last page,

and sign the SCRC Waiver.

Note that we voted at the Annual Meeting on March 12, 2011 to raise unlimited rentals by $30 to keep up with increasing costs of running the Club.
