How to order Santa Cruz Rowing Club Swag

Hey SCRC Members,
We're ready to start accepting orders for Club swag!
Due to SIP, only articles of clothing that you bring to the oar house can be embroidered or silkscreened for now. At some point in the future, you will be able to order clothing items with the Club logo.
Here is the process for now.
• In the Oar House there are two large plastic tubs, colored quarter sheet order slips for embroidery or silkscreen, and a large envelope for payment.
To stay organized and sanitized, here's the process we're envisioning:
• Bring your check made out to SportAbout and item to be silkscreened or embroidered to SCRC oar house. Deposit all checks (preferred)/cash in envelope and fill out payment info on clipboard.
• FOR EMBROIDERY: Fill out quarter sheet order form for each embroidery item and place order form with one item into a ziploc or sealed clear plastic bag, one item per bag please. Please provide your own bag. Put bag in "Embroidery Only" crate. Pick up will be on Mondays. Embroidery thread will be black unless you specify a different basic color. An email will be sent to Club members when items are ready for pick up. $10 per item
• FOR SILKSCREEN: Fill out quarter sheet order form for each silkscreen item and place order form with one item into a ziploc or sealed clear plastic bag, one item per bag please. Please provide your own bag. Put bag in "Silkscreen Only crate. Be sure to specify SMALL LOGO and where to put it, such as right front shoulder AND color ink black or white. $10 per item. Be sure to specify LARGE LOGO and where to put it, such as on the back AND color ink black or white. $10 per item. Be sure to specify BOTH SMALL AND LARGE LOGO and where to put it, such small on front right shoulder AND large on back AND color ink black or white. $20 per item. Pick up will be on Mondays or after there are 12+ items or more of same color ink. Items themselves can be all be different such as some women’s T shirts, some men’s T shirts, some sweatshirts etc. Email will be sent to Club members when items are ready for pick up.Please email Rachel rachelhruby@gmail.com if you have questions. (Because SportAbout is not an “essential business” , they are currently not open to the public).

Our new awesome logo and sample order forms are attached.Thank you to Henry Cleveland, Steve Nieman and Sean (the artist at SportAbout) whose logo designs morphed into our new logo. Also thanks to Sheila and Rod for establishing a relationship with SportAbout for the Club. They made The Tim Huebner Monterey Crossing Swag for us in the past. SportAbout is a locally owned family business.
